Favre should be gone, Mangini should stay. If Favre can't play a full season he's worthless.

His passes over the last 5 weeks have been horrendous. If his arm isn't strong enough to play 16 games then there's no reason he should be the QB of any team.
The defense needs help and the coaches need to go back to the videotape and figure out what they were doing right the first half of the season and duplicate that the rest of the year.
The coaches needed to feel the heat but I don't think changing them will help the team win.
