Another thing to keep in mind is that most pitchers are brought along slowly now to try and decrease injury risk. Most teams try and keep innings pitched to an increase of about 20%. Latos went from 56 to 123 to 184.2. That isn't good.

To be fair, cosfba had both of those players listed on their list of players to keep. But I was avoiding Latos this year. In your position, I would have done my best to move him.
