Saw Sucker Punch and really need to discuss SPOLIERS

OK I watched this and feel sorta like there are 2 possible ways to understand the ending of this and I would like some other opinions.

OK I totally understand that the action stuff was just alternative perception of what was happening in their reality. As well as the whore/dance house.

That made sense but watching the end I am not sure whos mind we were in the whole time.

Possibility 1) All of this was in Baby Dolls head and her happy point was freeing Sweet Pea before the lobotomy hit. This seems a little incongrouous to me.

Possibility 2) Actually all of it happened in Sweet Pea's head and Baby Doll was a creation in Sweet Peas mind. And in the end she was still in her own head headed to paradise

I liked it and the action sequences were AWESOME.
