how can you 'damage' an 'advanced device' except by abuse accident or neglect?
a year ago I slammed the car hatch on it as it sat on the bumper, its worked fine for a year, but they point to that as the reason it now failed, It stopped working when a few drops of water landed on it while I was using it while walking the dog.
