my $6.95/m 'insurance' on my droid A. has a $99 deductable B. coverage damage, but if if the phone is damaged cause then you know the phone is damaged

how can you 'damage' an 'advanced device' except by abuse accident or neglect?

a year ago I slammed the car hatch on it as it sat on the bumper, its worked fine for a year, but they point to that as the reason it now failed, It stopped working when a few drops of water landed on it while I was using it while walking the dog.
