almost a D+ I think. I totally get what people are saying. It feels like a 13 year old boy's version of female empowerment. It feels like a graphic novels take the topic. But if you go in expecting that maybe it lessens the insult.
The Inception structure was interesting if watered down and not entirely consistent. (When she finally comes out of the Burlesque setting and back into the mental hospital people are still dressed like they were in the club.)
The visuals are pretty but the rock stupid and predictable plot eventually made it not worth it. They get credit for the Ronan and the steam powered (punk?) WWI German soldiers but as someone else mentioned even the action sequences devolved into predictability.
