At a restaurant called Noodle World in Pasadena. I liked it a lot! Although I understand there can be some variety in the ingredients (less guts, more traditional cuts), I think mine was definitely one with more guts. I believe I identified stomach, but couldn't tell you what else was in there. Lots of strange bits and things... but it was good. There was one bit that I didn't like, some cut that was white and clear and gummy... Don't know what that could have been. The main meat in there seemed to be a regular thinly cut flank. Also had lots of fresh herbs and veggies and of course noodles. The broth was good, maybe even the best part. It lacked some heat, IMO, so I added tons of rooster sauce. The giant bowl was meant to share, apparently, because we got three small bowls with it. Gave some to my twin and he liked it too.
