It was a bit tubular in shape, so... Sure, why not. :) Anyway, the dish was so good except for that part, IMO. Will definitely be having pho again.
Eating tripe-related food always reminds me that I actually ate a lot of it as a kid, because I had a Mexican babysitter. I get mental flashbacks to childhood when I eat buche and tripe, etc.
