I'd basically have Rock spend the entire thing tearing Cena apart, while being decent to Miz for having the guts to talk smack to the Rock.

then execute the double-turn at Wrestlemania as Miz beats Cena clean, then Cena snaps on the Rock and is destroying him...to which Miz comes back to help save the Rock (ala the Hogan/Rock WM 18 angle).

Have Rock on the shelf for months 'recovering' and have Cena go full heel on him...only for Rock to come back for his one more match at Summerslam for a MONSTER ppv buy-rate.
