My guy friends hated when I DJed house parties in college b/c it wasn't rock, but I got those parties dancing quick.

They loved me the next day because every girl wanted to dance, and they were able to dance with them.
Will never forget this. April 2008.
Guy friend: "Play some 311. Seriously."
Me: "Um, no, girls don't want to dance to 311, they want pop, I've got a new one for everyone."

The party went nuts. I still have friends reminding me of that party and how they heard the song way before it was released. Fun, fun night.
