yeah, I get that. I know lots of people who aren't catholic that give things up for lent, because they find the sacrifice meaningful.

giving up fast food isn't fasting, and the baby will be fine without a mcflurry for 40 days. I just think if you're going to make the sacrifice, then do it. and if you want out at some point, also fine with me, just don't try and rationalize it as necessity.
