If someone could point me to a "find all music files and import" button, I'd be ever so grateful.

I'm doubtful that such a thing exists.

Open up windows media player (in Win 7), click on Library, choose "import all files".

Ooooh, you should maybe take a look at WMP again. When I dumped itumes, it was because it had finally gotten the organizational abilities of itunes.

plug your ipod in with a usb cable, hit synch, and you can put everything or just one song on your ipod. Jeez, stop being scared, you have 3-4 people
