I just looked around at WMP and half of what you suggested isn't even possible with the copy I have.

I can't find "tools" because there's no menu.
I can't select "Library" as it's grayed out.
Either it's gimped or it's changed enough from the version you're using that what works for you is radically different from what I'm seeing.
