Do you get BBC stuff faster than US stuff?

There hasn't been a co-BBC/USA (usually Showtime, but sometimes Starz) production yet, that has disappointed me. Both Camelot and The Borgias are joint productions and I can't wait. James Purifoy (swoon)is the big bad in Camelot, I'd love him just reading the phone book. The Borgias starts Rodrigo Borgia (Jeremy Irons!) lying, cheating, stealing and murdering his way into becoming Pope Alexander VI and goes from there into the real juicy stuff. I can't wait. I've alredy seen the secret showing of ep 1, Camelot and got hooked.
Anyway, I got off track. Do you get the BBC/USA stuff quicker than the strictly American shows? And speaking of BBC/USA stuff, I love Law and Order-London. You've got Martha Jones from Dr. Who and Jamie Bamber (Apollo) from BSG and they have awesome chemistry.
