if you go to a customer service desk at one of their theatres, they can look-up your account.

unfortunately, neither my sister or I had seen enough at AMC to get the free year; and I haven't been seeing enough movies to make paying worth it. (seldom by concessions when I do go - and seeing current prices makes it even less likely. ca-razy.)
