Finally hooked up with the GEICO adjuster who will handle the medical. I had to call the providers who were already paid by Blue Cross to have them re-bill GEICO and reimburse BC. That was an hour of my time last night but surprisingly easy. Seems this is a common occurrence. That's been my main worry, getting bills paid. But since the driver ended up having insurance and admitted fault there wasn't anything GEICO could contest.

I see my Dr next week. Assuming he doesn't anticipate any further complications I'll be getting my pain and suffering settlement offer soon after. Although the medical claim will remain open for a while longer from what I understand. (There's 10K of coverage there if I need it. Bills so far total a little over 2K.)
