such a well-known time-frame? Are stagnant dating couples more likely to split at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months..

There may be no known, common rule-of-thumb to this. I'm just thinking that with all the streetsmart people here, and/or who have watched many movies and TV-shows, that someone may have picked up something about this(?)
