I have trouble stirring up outrage for a kid who by his own account had a weapon and was threatening cops. that being said, if you're a cop sometimes it's your job to take a couple lumps and maybe not pepper spray a kid. I suppose there's a fair chance if they tackle him he ends up with more lasting damage than the pepper spray would cause though.
