Again, I don't want to speak for Stacy, but in general, a female-to-male transgender person would originally identify as she (due to anatomy) and then

at some point change to identifying as he. Stacy may have identified as she when first posting and self-identified differently later (But again, I'm guessing and don't want to speak out of turn for Stacy's specific situation)
