Is Bravo one of the NBC/Universal networks?

I know they have USA and Syfy. I thought Bravo was theirs as well.
I have noticed that the end of America's Next Great Restaurant has a brief note that mentions the judges and producers. So I'm curious if the producers have saved anyone like you mentioned happened on that season of Top Chef. There are a couple of people I can see them trying to keep on the show as long as possible.
