yeah, their email screeners have a limited number of form letters to send....I couldn't order from them for years...

my town lakewood incorporated a year or two earlier, got its own zip code.
when I entered lakewood, they would tell me my zip was wrong.
I wrote to them telling them the problem and someone told me that yes I am correct, I must enter the correct zip code to order.
