Looks like this is going to be our schedule, though I wanted them closer together.

We're shooting for delivering the 2nd in November of 2013, so our current daughter will be five.

Our timing is based on the same strategy as your own... Olivia will be in school by then, and actually the MIL will be retired and can watch the baby for her first year, after which we'll put her in daycare. I love the social interaction they get there.

Bracing myself for that 2nd-born personality.
