I mean, during every big snowstorm, I usually talk about how much I'd like to rob a bank. With all the cops tied up with car crashes or otherwise immobile, I'd be all but guaranteed to get away clean.

But it's all just talk. Which is all that Blago has done. With zero evidence that Blago profited from picking Burris, isn't it a bit silly to refuse to seat him?
