continuing the theme, poll-ish: what do you think are some guidelines for success when opting to move in together?

i'm just curious what people think.
i think a lot of it has to do with commitment -- if you're truly in it for the long haul, you'll hopefully have the motivation to truly work through the inevitable issues that come up. one would think.
also the obvious: great communication.
