Apartments/townhouses in Paris, London, NYC (not a penthouse, although that's tempting), Chicago, Tokyo, Vancouver.
Estates/farms in New Hampshire, the Cotswolds, French countryside.
Vacation houses on Northern California coast, Vancouver Island, Hawaii, Walt Disney World.
Note that Tokyo is about as exotic as I get.
