Like I said on B2. i can understand the thought process and have no doubts bad people would try to use kids for bad deeds.

That being said, if it was my kid, I'd probably be detained.
And I think a lot of he shrugging comes from people who just assume it'll be someone else's kid getting patted down, not their own.
