DC is expensive but this is just ridiculous. Apparently the ad has been up for 6 months.

I pay way more than I should for a 2 bedroom (I have a roommate obv) but I pay for an amazing location. 2 Metro lines accesible, on the street, 1 block away from my fav bar, and I can walk to work.
Some areas just charge way way too much. The location this is in is way overpriced.
