Does anyone here have suggestions for meals I can prepare, freeze and then cook at a later date? Something that freezes well.

I am already sick of cooking dinner after work every night, and what I am cooking doesn't last multiple days like it should now that meal slot is back. Thanks.

Most things would generally be cooked first and then just reheated. Set aside a day to just cook for the freezer. -- nm

IM cracked me up - We do huge pots of pasta sauce, I'll also bake a ziti or a lasagna and freeze half. They do well. -- nm

I'll make a big roast in the crockpot and freeze half of it. Ham freezes, too. Any casserole. -- nm

Stew/chili can typically be frozen and reheated. Anything fatty I would think as well. -- nm
