They shouldn't. This is exactly the way a tribe should play the game. If they focus on exterminating the opposition, they guarantee themselves final 6 or so as a rule. The fact that this rarely happens is surprising. Define Rob's tribe however you want, but it makes perfect sense for them to play this way for another three rounds.
