Google Spreadsheet (excel) question

Let's say I have a list... 2 columns: Target & Current

If my target is 100, and my current is 121.. I want it to tell me 21.

What formula would I be looking to use? Additionally, what if I wanted to combine several lines so 21 for that one, 16 from another row, 12 from another.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I can look up more specifics... thanks!
