Price seems to range from about $50 to $150+. I guess the trick is getting the right software for your purposes.

If you're inventorying something like a CD or DVD collection, you need to be sure that the inventory software is compatible with the scanner (be sure the scanner works in your operating system, be it XP, Vista or Mac).
