The problem for me is ownership.

I'm not convinced that they give a coach much of an opportunity to succeed. I think they're preferable to Cincy in that the coaches don't also need to be the scouting department. Cleveland also has a lot of problems, and Al Davis is crazy, so Detroit isn't alone in being undesirable.
