other things that can make your life a lot easier. I have complete and absolute flex time and can take time off whenever I want with no notice at all. And, at my old job we could negotiate for better parking spaces. One person here wanted to work closer to her home, so she got to do a job that everyone else does here, in office space at a branch. "Benefits" are not in any way just insurance etc.
