I just had a client fill out the wrong year's tax return

They prepared a 2010 form when they should have prepared 2009. They then blamed us for not showing them how to use their tax software.
The e-mail states: "We realized that we have prepared the 2010 form, as opposed to the 2009 form. We are not happy with this at the moment, and believe you should prepare the form for the correct year in the system."
Um no. We told them they are idiots, sorry.
