For it to work, you need to install a GPS in EVERY CAR IN OREGON and a METER READER IN EVERY GAS PUMP! Never mind the out-of-state drivers! You know what's a good way to tax mileage? Taxing gas! The more you drive... the more you pay! I'm gonna fight this one like Oregonians have fought sales tax. I'm not opposed to paying more. I'm opposed to stupidity!
