Shipping for a new cell phone is hard. I'm reading reviews but obviously everyone hate their phones

Best I've found so far (excluding smartphones) is 3/5

go to Future Shop. they have a cell centre that has all the phones from all the carriers, they can tell you the pros and cons of each phone / plan. -- nm
