my take on this is that church is very community-oriented and "corporate" fit will likely be important to them.

it'd likely be a huge plus to have someone who shares the beliefs of the organization in admin.
kelly, I think you should apply, absolutely, but you shouldn't get your hopes up or be disappointed if you don't get the job considering the above.
