If the repair costs are 70+% of this unrealistic value than it is totalled. Based on their fucking unreality value the car was worth $18,000 before. (We paid $21k 2 1/2 years ago, and kelly blue book puts it no more than $14k). So we have to have it fixed now. Ugh.
