ty, all I can say is that while last year changing my diet, and working out 30mins 3-4 times a week

really helped me shed a lot of weight, to get the inches and rest of the weight off I needed something more.

maybe I shouldnt have jumpted right into the p90x stuff, and tried something like power90, or another more cardio program, but I do think its working on the inches, slowly at first, but its working.
