That he's chirping off to a group that supports him to make himself feel ground. I dunno that I believe it, but the ones saying that are not prone to heavy spin.

I would imagine that there'll be new funding announced by the end of the day. Harper is not going to let abortion shut him out of a majority.

Alanis-Thinks-This-Is-Funny: Today, the PM is in Conception Bay, Newfoundland.

(And Andie's right, same-sex marriage is here to stay, majority or not. Harper's mandate was to get a free vote, it was defeated, it is never changing back.)
