I don't have a reason to already know this, so I ask: are the basic tv network channels listed in the same order (NBC>FOX>ABC>CBS) all over the US?

and less likely, but possible: are the original (ie, not 211 or other new digital numbering) channel numbers the same everwhere? (4, 5, 7, 9)
