I'd consider it a completely legitimate play to go grab a couple SP lottery tickets for the Sunday games and hope to grab a couple extra wins that way.
Dedicated revolving door pitch streaming roster spots I am less of a fan of, but I more just avoid leagues that allow that than I do begrudge the managers who do it.
