that draft picks this year will be hung out to dry and may have their confidence destroyed by a year of frustration and failure. As such, this is a year where I'm inclined to give up current draft picks for future draft picks. There would be exceptions (obviously) but I think this draft class has the deck stacked against it. I'd rather hoard picks for 2012.
