I watched the first 30 minutes of My Own Worst Enemy before I walked away. There was one great sequence.

There's this scene where Mike O'Malley (Yes, Dear, My Name is Earl) is all bad ass as he goes terminator on a bunch of Russian baddies and rescues Christian Slater. There's blood splatters all over the place. I bet O'Malley had fun doing that scene. I had fun watching. Then I turned it off.
