and full headers and footers aka the title of the book on pages and centered page numbers (I hate it, he likes it.)
In the end, I think I won by reminding him how increasingly it won't matter due to the proliferation of ebooks. We both agreed, however, that we wanted to keep publishing physical copies as long as we found a way to do so. Even if they almost become, like, collectors items.
