yikes, blind nab lady's oven will NOT shut off, old 60's GE elec oven, would there be a shut off under it?

Ok this lady has lived in this house 40 some years has no clue where the breaker box is

well, duh, but its a built in, there's no plug...and I've looked in every closet and can not find the damn breaker box -- nm

Can you see where the service enters the house? That will give you an idea of where to find the circuit panel. -- nm
