A lot of sites suggest the unfortunately named Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. (link)

I seem to remember using this one, but ultimately, I think I had to use a suite of softwares that ran from the command prompt in Safe Mode. Try Malwarebyte's first. Then reboot, reboot, reboot. Make sure it's absolutely gone before moving on. I'll keep looking for that suite I used.
