I think it'll be a slight win for us, too.

I really like going to the California bars because of this, and there are a lot of smoke-free bars in Portland already. However, this change will really help the experience at the more divey bars I like to go to.
And there's an exception for recognized cigar bars, so it seems like a win-win overall.
