that's a good question, I would imagine that if you're consuming fructose from natural sources (fruits) it's a lot less concentrated

compared to "added sugars", so you're consuming a lot less of it than you think, and are also reaping the benefits of fiber, vitamins, etc. that are present in whole fruits.
