That is the cycle we have been in. I honestly feared the same for Nanny.

She is gonna need some help, but my office is about 20 minutes from her house, so lunch stops etc will be possible. We have done a lot of work on her house (new carpet, rebuilt bathroom, etc) in anticipation of her going home.
