Agreed. If you're sure it's fine, create a new restore point, but delete the old ones. Do this by...

...turning off System Restore (it purges the restore points that are saved) and then turning it back on. But be 100% sure you're fine. Because System Restore can also be your saving grace if it turns out that your decontamination in fact did not work.
